I would not recommend this urgent care to anybody it wouldn't even see my daughter because I forgot her medical card but they wouldn't let me call back and give it to him later and it was an emergency and the employees are rude

they don't care if your sick most judgemental people I've seen had to go elsewhere.
We left after waiting for 3 hours having only been seen for vitals in the first ten minutes and told it would be a 1 hour wait because there were 5 patients in front of us. Trust the reviews. Don't settle on this place just because it's close. Drive anywhere else and you'll save time. Pedistat got us a prescription in 30 minutes. And no bathroom should ever be out of order. You can't even call a plumber?

I stored my antibiotics on file with the pharmacy at the doctor's request to see if steroids worked for an ongoing ear issue. My ear continued to have the same issue and when I called to fill the prescription it was illegible. They called to verify it was a valid prescription and the office lady told her to void it. The pharmacist called me and told me she had NEVER had this happen with a valid visit. I called medexpress and they stated it was "old", so they cancelled it. We love MedExpress! They are so fast and friendly! And I was BLOWN AWAY and SO impressed that they call a couple of days later to check on the well-being of the patient!
Don’t waste your time or money on this joke of a healthcare provider, this is only a place to swipe your credit card and get charged, they can’t even provide a simple test result. I am extremely disappointed and I’ll be contacting my insurance about denying any claims from this farce. You would be way better off to go to the hospital.
