The staff was nice and professional but the physician had horrible bed side manner. I saw Dr. Miller for a persistent cough with green mucus chest pains wheezing and labored breathing. She came in listened to my chest said she would get me "worked up" then left the room. Roughly 15 min later she opens the door and says I am ready for check out then walks away to the back. Took my husband in yesterday for what we had already assumed was a bacterial infection from a cat bite. Saw Dr. Miller. Wasn't impressed. She had a snarky comment about a tattoo on my husbands arm until he explained what it meant and she changed her tune. She only asked to see both of his hands side by side to see if his hand was really swollen. Then went out to the computer to gather prescriptions. She has a lousy bed side manner. Took way to long. Left sitting in a room for too long coughing and hacking with no concerns from staff. Unbearable!!
Took care of me in a timely matter and took my insurance with no problems.

Terrible. I have been here a few times now, and today was by far the worst. After waiting two and a half hours now with almost no one else here, I left my exam room to ask if they'd planned on taking care of me. My doctor (Dr. Miller) was sitting in front of a computer eating. When she came in about two minutes later she made up some BS excuse about other patients. There was one other person in the waiting room, and the place has been nearly silent since I got back to my exam room. I'm not buying it. This is ridiculous. One ... read more
I took my daughter in to be seen to rule out strep throat. Dr. Pane and the staff were very kind. As an RN myself, I have a hard time not getting "nursey", but I felt like she was in great hands. There was a reasonable wait time- about an hour but once we got back, we were seen by the doctor very quickly. Overall, good experience.
