I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. Instead of billing my private insurance they charge on my debit card unauthorized 30 days later for my visit. After totally wasting my time while I was there sending me to the emergency room with a CD that was empty rather than having my images from my broken hand Of course you can't speak to a supervisor because conveniently there's never one there. But they're quick to tell you sometimes that your payment information on file why would they do that??? Crooks.
They were timely & seemed that they knew what they were doing.

Dr. Pane was awesome. The staff was great. Thank you for your professionalism.
I took my son in we waited for almost 2 hours in the lobby with 1 other person in front of me. Another lady came in with her child and left due to the wait she was waiting with her sick child. By the time I got in the room the Dr looked at him and was like ok I was trying to ask questions and she just gave him short simple answers then I had to wait in the lobby while she got my paper work done. I will never go back there again!
