Yesterday was my third time taking one of the boys there. They never want to go any where else. Staff is awesome

My first experience with this facility and I was extremely pleased. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr on staff took time to assess my daughter and communicated well with me. We'll return next time the need arises
My very 1st visit here and I was expecting chaos and disorder like most Urgent Cares I've been too. This was quite the opposite! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. I received an injection for my back pain and they made sure I had no negative reaction to it before I left. I was impressed! I've been "kicked out" of the ER not long after receiving morphine and expected to drive myself home. MedExpress is now my go to Urgent Care. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind, courteous and caring!!
I dont think. Have ever had a worse experience in my life, 4 visits blood drawn missed twice an blew a vein with no result only to be prescribed to a medicine that made me blow up like a blimp only making the problems worse my fist Dr was great the 2nd spent 2 min an didnt even explain why my blood was being drawn an that it would cost me more an in the end be prescribed to the same meds that only made the problem worse...education is needed in the facility
Very friendly staff and the doctor was awesome, also very organized and clean!!!!!
Not much they could do but they made sure I had a doctors notes and were very nice and welcoming
