Friday 10/16/2020 At the direction of my daughter doctors office I drove to med express to have her seen. I called on my way and explained her history of 11 year old with autonomic over reaction and that she was going through an episode that she was having a hard time coming back from. The location is in Cape Coral, Florida. It was Thursday, June 11th, at approximately 3pm or so. I left work early...I am a GM at Taco Bell. My chest hurt, and I felt like I was getting bronchitis, which I usually get every year. In April my mother wasn't able to fly back to Colombia due the Virus, for this reason and before running out of medication for Thyroid, I scheduled and appt. Temperature and vitals were taking and a copy of her current medication. A new prescription was dispensed and because wasn't a refill, the nurse told us to call back if needed because she was suspected to fly in last then a month. the doctors were very thorough
I went here a couple of years ago, and WOW! What a completely different experience this time. The new doctor at the facility was amazing and was so understanding. He was completely thorough and I never felt rushed (which you can tend to feel at an urgent care). The girls at the check in, the triage nurse, and all of the other staff I came into contact with were amazing as well. Thanks again!
