Had to visit twice during my holidays here in Cape Coral and each time the doctors and nurses couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic. Thankfully they were able to keep me out of the hospital and it wasn't long before I was on the mend and able to continue with my holiday here.
I’ve been here once or twice before and got excellent care. The MD I saw today was wonderful. When I explained what has been going on with me for almost a week and showed him the prescriptions I’d been given, he knew immediately what was wrong. He examined my mouth and left the room and came back with the mouth rinse to numb the pain. Gave me a RX for it (it was exactly the stuff I knew I needed) and I wasn’t about to leave without it ! I was there first thing in the morning at opening. They had three windows for intake. So I got right in. They called me in about two minutes later, and the nurse practitioner who took care of me was professional, thorough, happy, and nice. I would recommend this place. If I have another medical emergency I will definitely go there!
Everyone there is so caring, helpful, and polite! My mom was seen by a doctor in less than 30 minutes from when we walked in. I will be going back there if I need to in the future.
Very great with children, the staff is amazing. Can't think them enough for being so compassionate and caring for my little boy!
We are in from out of town & took both of our kiddos in to be seen tonight. The staff was super friendly. The process of checking in was very smooth, no clipboard full of forms to fill out; everything electronic. Super fast! Staff interaction was fantastic on all sides and facilities are very clean! A++++
It was my mistake going there. My child hurt her arm at school, actually she broke her arm at school. They took an x-ray and sent us on our way to the hospital. No attempt to wrap it or even some med for her pain. Please, don’t waste your time going there for assistance. Time spent waiting in the ER is better than one minute waiting in there. Very disappointed �.
