Went and was not feeling better when they did a follow up call 4 days later. The caller said he would have someone call me back. The women that called back and was basically chastising me for complaining that I was not feeling better but yet the called to check on me.... I had not called them. At that point she told me I was being impatient and I needed to give the medicine an additional 4 days and if I was not better I needed to come in again. Took my son in after coming home to him having a 103.2 fever and very much not himself, not eating and very lethargic. While we were seen pretty quickly, and everyone was very nice, they checked his ears and listened to chest, said he’s perfectly fine, no ear infection or congestion. I knew it wasn’t an ear infection he had no ear pain, I mentioned strep and flu and it was never brought up or checked. Took my 3yr old cause she had to get stitch’s. They where super nice and made her feel comfortable and her 9yr old brother didn’t want to see so they let him sit in the lobby while a staff member looked after him. Plus I was in and out in less then an hr.
Staff was beyond helpful, especially Tina! Will definitely go back when needed!
