Omgoodness, I haven't had this kind of care in a long time. I was sick, and the staff at MedExpress: Kevin, Misty, Kristen, Karen and Craig took very good care of me. Sparks Plaza would not take my care provider any more and they forced me to go to MedExpess that was the best care I have had in a long time. For care like this, I don't mind spending more. Thank you again MedExpress for the wonderful care I received in my time of need.
Doctor and nurse were very nice and knowledgeable. Problem is with the front desk. Acted as if it was a huge inconvenience that I was there. When we have had to go before everyone was very nice.
I have had to take two of my girls here in the last few months for minor issues after either their pediatrician's office was closed or totally booked. Both times have been the best experiences ever. In and out quickly with quality care. The NP is excellent. I would definitely recommend. I wish our regular doctor's office was as efficient as MedExpress!
I was in yesterday,April 25, 2017 with cellulitis. I was positive that was what it was. Dr. GRIMM concurred and gave me a script for Kefkex. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I have been several times and have always had a very good experience. I have also recommended it to several people.
Very professional and had me in room and seeing the doctor in very short time!! Highly recommend for a walk in clinic.
I've chosen to go myself or take my girls there, I LoVe it there, generally fast in & out. Very friendly. And the only clinic I've known that calls to check up on their patients!
They took 70 dollars out of our bank account unauthorized! Do not come here! Do not do business here! We have to go and try and get our 70 back which we will not give back for doing this!!
