Terrible !!!! Won't treat the problem after they charged me and the meds the prescribed didn't work !!!!! The nurses and people in the phone are rude and if you read the Google reviews you can tell it's a pattern but not on Facebook BC I'm sure they delete bad reviews and will mine
The best walk-in clinic. I came in today to get my immunizations and the nurse was so friendly and great. She made me feel relaxed while I got my shots and that is hard to do. I am afraid of needles! The receptionist was compassionate and professional. She made sure I was getting the right shots and didn't act rude towards me. Also, it was remarkable I didn't wait long at all! I got called in 15 minutes after I sat down. I will be back, and I'll be sure to tell all my friends how great you guys are.
I showed up on Thursday evening with symptoms of an infection. The staff was sweet and related to me as a person, not a number. Doctor Robin McAlister was gentle, professional, and concerned. Service was prompt, and the cost is reasonable. I hope to never need their service again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use MedExpress.
The staff was great! I couldn't be more impressed! Fast, quick, clean, & courteous service!
Went in on a Saturday afternoon and they got me in and out quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them for urgent care.
Don't waste your time stopping there. Got there about 7:30 pm....wouldn't even see us.....
Quick, clean and easy! And the entire staff has been extremely friendly and helpful!
