They got me in fast to see the doctor. I had a horrble sinus infection. The doctor prescribe me steroids and antibotics feeling much better. I will definitely come back if i feel sick again thanks for getting me in so fast! ��
I had heard good things about MedExpress, so decided to try them when I was so sick with the flu or something nasty. Turns out it was pneumonia so I'm very glad I went. Everyone there was super nice and professional too, my experience could not have been better. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!
This is the fastest urgent care facility that I've been too. The staff is very friendly and concerned about what is going. The doctors give you as much time as you want to talk about what is going on, to ask questions, and talk about solutions/options. My longest visit (I've been 4 times) was less then an hour.
Have been going for at least a year now to take my son and have never waited more than 30 minutes! Always greeted with a smile!
Staff were friendly and polite. We got in and out of there within 45 minutes!
Thanks to Fort Smith MedExpress for taking such great care of me yesterday when I had a home accident and needed immediate care. I went right back to be examined without any wait and was treated with great care. My family has used this clinic several times and I highly recommend it to everyone!
