This is the Best place to receive Medical care that I have found in the river valley, all of the staff are Courteous, Caring, and Competent.
RecommendedWell vacation did not start out as planned. I Googled different urgent care centers in Fort Smith since we do not live here. I cannot say enough positive things about this place! From start to finish, our experience has been nothing but professional and welcoming. The facility is super clean and office staff is very helpful. Thank you all so much for taking care of my sick family on vacation! You have helped us get back on our feet so we can enjoy the rest of it. Would highly recommend this place for your health needs!
The fastest walk in office in town!!!! I received great care!!! I can’t believe how fast they got me in and there were 4 people ahead of me!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience at the Fort Smith location. I’m always in and out in a short amount of time and really feel like the doc listens to me. More recently, I saw Dr. Witherington. A couple days later I was still having some issues and he called me personally, again within a decent timeframe, and listened to what was going on and addressed the issue and called me in some meds. Great place and I’ll definitely be back!
Very clean, nurses were so sweet to my little one. We were in an out in an hour. Very impressed!!
Everyone working on Easter couldn’t have been nicer. My son and I appreciate the care and attitudes of the staff.
