I know this pandemic is overwhelming! I appreciate all that our caregivers do. However, the lack of communication i experienced today was disheartening. We arrived at Med Express at 7:45 this morning and parked beside a line of maybe 10 cars waiting to be tested -more followed. The gentleman in the car next to us told us to call their number. Upon calling -the recording says due to high call volume they cannot answer my call- there is no prompt to make an appt. then the call disconnects. My husband went in and was told again... read more

Hello -- It's important to us that we provide compassionate and timely care to all of our patients and we’re so sorry if we fell short this time. We’re experiencing high volumes in many of our centers and our teams are working hard to care for our patients safely during this busy time. We know wait times have been long and it can be challenging to get through our phone lines, but we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know your feedback is important to us and fuels our commitment to providing quality care and ... read more
Upon arrival, I called 17 times to finally get connected to a person. I sat in my vehicle for almost 3 hours waiting. I called and asked if they forgot about me and was seen immediately. So, I'm going to assume they did. Not a single person was friendly, but the lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude.
Business response:
Hi Robert -- Thank you for sharing feedback regarding your recent experience. Unfortunately, due to the increased demand for COVID-related visits amidst the pandemic, some of our centers are experiencing longer-than-usual wait times. Please know that we are doing everything we can to see each of our patients in a timely manner and appreciate your continued patience.
Had a decent experience my first time going through this place. However on the second time around I’m not exactly sure you should answer a patient telling you “Hi I’m not feeling too well, I’d like to get a check up to see what’s wrong” with a deeply irritated sigh and attitude before you’ve even entered my credentials. I’m really not trying to make your day worse ma’am I’m just in debilitating pain and would like to not be. If you need medical service go to the hospital, go to the emergency room, or if you’re brave enough c... read more

My husband and I went to MedExpress to be tested for Covid after he was exposed at his job. The staff was friendly and professional and very safety conscious. We were taken into a room where they did the tests. And here’s where this not so pleasant experience has a positive influence on us and negative rapid test results. Sometimes you meet people that just inspire you, remind you that there are good people in this world and some of the good people are amazing nurses. Our nurse was Janice Bishop. I don’t know her personally ... read more
I absoulty love coming here for medical needs. I rather see them then my PCP. Less dramatic, I swear I get in and out quicker and without an appointment. They have always been so friendly, great communication, listening skills mean everything. Over the years, they have cured me many times, many in my family. Thankful for this option.

Hi, DeDe − We’re glad we could be there for you! If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
The female doctor/practitioner is very knowledgeable. I appreciate her so much! We did COVID test on baby and she saw a tiny tiny rash on her face that concerned her. She sent her straight to ER, they did nothing. Pediatrician - same, didn’t acknowledge rash and wrongly diagnosed ear infection. Few days later, new doctors and pediatrician, we are looking at something very serious now because of what she found the first day! Again, I appreciate her SO MUCH! Had she not been concerned in the first place, it could have easily b... read more

These people are simply WONDERFUL! Without deviating from setablished covid guidlines, they saw me quickly , took excellent care of me & got me out quickly!
The Doctors and staff are professional and thorough. No waiting for hours .👍
If you can’t see infants please don’t rip people off $129 per visit when I have twins!!!!! The front desk should ask what we want to be seen for and make sure they can treat the problem!!! If they can’t then please tell us to go somewhere else!!! I understand they are scared to treat infants but don’t take our money and not do anything!!
