Went in to buy some makeup and wasn’t really sure what I needed, but Queenie was absolutely incredible! So knowledgeable, warm and genuinely amazing at what she does. She made everything so easy, gave me brilliant advice and helped me feel completely confident in what I was buying. My friend and I went in looking for a moisturizer and received the best customer service! The ladies were so nice and helpful giving us such great advice about different options for different skin types. I’ve never received such great service before and their market pitch was great. Highly recommend talking to the staff as they really know what they’re talking about!
ever since the layout changed i usually have the worst in store experiences 🤷♀ i just finished shopping their today & it just continues to be a very meh experience every single time. i went in store knowing i wanted to grab a two faced lip gloss. i ended up deciding i wanted 2 of the same product in different colours. this decision took me like five minutes to make. i then had to wait roughly twenty minutes before any of their team had even spoken to me & had to approach and interrupt a staff member to ask for what i was a... read more

Thank you to Mecca Bayfair for a wonderful experience yesterday, our sissy got her makeup done for the first time ever with LARA and she made it such a lovely experience for our first Timer. Also all the super helpful ladies that showed us around whilst we waited
