Have used this company for 16 years and have always been pleased with their service. Their technicians are pleasant to work with, explain everything they are going to do, clean up any messes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
A great team - Hugo A******* & Dwight B******* - arrived on time and worked very hard and very professionally to install a new furnace and ac system. They were cheerful to us, keeping us up to date on their progress, and worked a very long day to finish the system for us. I should also include Ray H****** who designed the system and wrote the contract. All of M..E. Flow's people are what I look for in good professional businesses and they are clearly the best.
Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Discussed problem he found and options to fix it and then fixed it. Took extra effort to make sure we understood was done and how it was fixed
Always pleased with their technicians. Every one has been professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They have kept my AC in great shape and my heat system running years longer than estimated when it was installed.

Service tech arrived promply, examined the tasks and provided an estimate. The work was completed promotly and the quality was excellent. The final charges matched the estimates. Overall very pleased.
