My guest bathroom shower developed a slow leak. I was leaving in two days for several weeks, and needed to have the leak repaired immediately. I called M.E. Flow whose name I obtained from Arlington County Best Pick list, They scheduled an appointment for the next day. The excellent technician repaired the leak as well as a malfunctioning basin stopper..
I have used ME Flow for my HVAC maintenance for many years and have always been very happy with both the technicians and their expertise. My AC stopped cooling on May 21, 2022, the hottest day since last summer! Luckily, the temps were cooler on Monday. I was able to schedule a technician for today, Wednesday, May 25. From the moment I called ME Flow, I was impressed. John, who handles phones, was efficient and personable, and got me an appointment for my a/c quickly during a recent high heat wave, when I had out of town guests and no cooling. Percy was friendly and professional. He answered my questions and did an excellent job cleaning the outside A/C unit and performing routine maintenance.
Our A/c stopped working and M.E. Flow was able to schedule us quickly. Our technician, Victor, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and explained to us how to resolve. He installed a new capacitor and documented, with photos, to show us the work he performed. We were highly satisfied and will continue using M.E. Flow in the future.
I received very fast service, guidance about my individual system, and piece of mind that the technician handled my issue …without selling me a bunch of things/services I didn’t need.
