ME Flow installed a tankless water heater… sadly they failed to decide on wiring options ahead and had to come back a second day with the right parts to complete the job. They also SI mittens out warranty registration without our knowledge and we are unable to properly warranty the unit with the manufacturer due to this error. Unit works well, it would recommend a different installer.
Evan was the technician and he was professional and very polite. He was knowledgeable about the issue I was having and he will be back after parts are received to make the repair. I am very satisfied with ME Flow’s response to my call.

Got it all done in the time they said; very competent and professional, works great.
They were able to come out the next day to fix my air conditioner. I thought I might need a whole new unit but they were able to fix it, saved me a lot money.
Thanks ME Flow for replacing our 31 year old AC system! Ahhhh! Installers Abisai Montufar and Erick Cruz kept their cool on a very hot day in our oven-like attic...

I have used this company for 30 years. I have been happy with their response to me and the kindness of all I have spoken with. This kind of work is expensive and it helps to trust the company you deal with, and I do trust them. IN ADDITION, the technician today is the best one we have ever had.
