Excellent service from ME Flow- Moises did a great job explaining the issues and offering a fix to the problem.
My technician was very professional yet friendly. He explained everything he was doing to both of my furnaces as well as outdoor units. He took pictures to show me what needed to be done and that was very helpful. I have used M. E. Flow since 2017 when I had my attic furnace replaced and I have a service contract with them since then. Thank you for keeping my furnaces running smoothly.

My heat pump stopped working late on a Friday during the hottest weekend of the year so far. I have a contract and emailed them on Saturday. I got a call Sunday and told them I did not need emergency service and they were here before noon on Monday.
I have used M.E. Flow for nearly 10 years. I have used for plumbing and HVAC. I have purchased an entire HVAC unit thru M.E. Flow. I have trusted many things d their technicians and master plumbers. And when I make a special request for a master plumber they accommodated me. I believe in having long term relationships with the various services in the community and M.E. My family and I have been using this company for a while now and we’ve been happy with their service. I’ve found it easy to make appointments with them, they have helpful receptionists that answer the phone. And I’ve been able to get appointments with out having to wait too long.
