Service has always very good, Boo is quite pleasant and does a clean and good job. Very pleased
David worked to replace bathroom tub/shower controls. A major task to remove old one and install new modern one taking him 3.5 hours. He worked hard and has great skill.
I live in a residential home but the property is considered commercial because the house is owned by the company that my husband works for. So your commercial team showed up to replace the upstairs AC. Brian, Keegan and Grant did an awesome job!!!! Right on time, kept everything clean, very polite. And Grant especially - he has been here 3 times in the past few months: fixed our furnace, tried to fix our AC (which couldn't be done through no fault of his) and then to replace the AC. M.E. Flow recently replaced both my hot water heater and AC system. I highly recommend them. Without exception, their technicians, Pete L******, Gerson D* ****, Melvin A********* Kevin R****, and Brayan G***** were very impressive; they were easy to communicate with and highly skilled. The new First Co air handler (with the new National Comfort AC through wall) is smaller in dimensions and supposed to be more efficient than the First Co model that it replaced. Guys were great Very polite and professional Explained option to me and prices before work was done Faucet very old with constant leak in the Uititly sink in basement Were able to stop the leak Now just hope no more leaks Will refer them to others I appreciated the quick turn around for the appointment Thank you ,Eleanor S
Tech Thomas B****** arrived promptly for a routine cooling inspection. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He advised me of an upgrade available for the HVAC system, which I declined. I would highly recommend Thomas for any HVAC work and plan to use him and M.E. Flow again in the future.
Walter was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. It felt like he was servicing his own home. Definitely recommend!
