We had multiple plumbing issues, minor to significant (worst: H2O supply pipe to toilet leak, pipes moaning when flushed, wax seal leak at base.) Experienced Technician Brian Horvath was on time, scoped out problems, developed effective solutions at a reasonable price, and did a superb, very professional job carrying them out-- despite the inevitable challenges of our 95 yr.old Old Town home. I will use the company again, and highly recommend the company.

Timely and professional. Explained problem and possible fixes. Wore masks as a health precaution. Fortunately, all that was needed was to tighten up some plumbing.
Chris, the technician, was very thorough with his inspection and did a great job! He found that my sump pump wasn’t working and replaced it while he was here. I need 3 new toilets and he gave me lots of options. Thank you Chris!

Arrived 1 hour after scheduled appointment, but other than that the service guy did a great job repairing our basement ceiling drywall. Was professional and finished job in timely fashion.

The technician was very pleasant, even my big German Shepard liked him, and dogs know a good man! Very professional, timely, found no issues and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Great service!
The entire ME Flow team was fantastic beginning with Pete. He was such a professional and very knowledgeable about systems as well as building codes. The installation team, led by Abesai (sp?) were hardworking and thorough while installing our new A/Cs and furnace. They insured all systems were working properly and left my home clean and neat.
