Raul was very helpful troubleshooting our hot water issue and helping to identify that the propane regulator was freezing up. ME Flow did our annual plumbing inspection this morning. They sent a technician who was extremely qualified and they even sent me a short bio of his qualifications beforehand which gave me a lot more confidence in his ability to do the job well. He was thorough in his inspection and noticed that we had a leak under our kitchen sink due to a broken disposal (of which we were already aware). Great crew. Came in and gave me options on how to fix my issue and a quick assessment on possible future needs. They were kind and knowledgeable. Quickly fixed my issues and now they have a new customer.

Expert and friendly service. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
Technician was very nice and took his time to listen to my concerns about the Heat Pump. He diagnosed the problem and got the part ordered. That afternoon I received a call from their office to schedule a time the next day to install the part. Everything seems to be fine now

I have used MEFlow several times and am never disappointed with their service and professionalism. Fixing the furnace today took a full day of work. The two technicians worked nonstop, even through lunchtime. They were always polite and cleaned up the kitchen work area perfectly. I will recommend MEFlow to anyone at any time!
