Superb service over the holiday weekend. Honest, upfront pricing. Courteous, professional treatment. Special thanks to Anne, the duty service manager, who worked us in to Flow’s schedule after a snafu with their answering service, and Jamie, the plumber who made things right in our kitchen.
My Mom’s propane furnace stopped working at 3:30 pm and I called ME Flow. They responded to our emergency and Scott came out at 4:15. He worked on the system and had it back working before 5 pm. Scott was very competent and logical. He went through possible problems and came up with a solution. He was an enormous help to us and resolved what could have been a huge problem!

M.E. Flow always responds quickly and can fix a wide range of plumbing problems. I was unsure about a correction last year but went ahead with the fix. My water bill dropped by 20%! Professional workers and competent work.
ME Flow reinstalled a water heater in my condo, due to a leak identified between the pan and drain line. The technician provided excellent service and corrected all issues with the initial installation. I really appreciate ME Flow for completing the reinstall and getting it right!

M.E. Flow was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable to a weekend heating issue. Matt diagnoised the issue and gave me alternatives. He showed up earlier than promised and fixed the issue promptly. All this on a Sunday morning with temperatures in the 30’s
