Very good work! We had a very complex issue that took a lot of time to find the culprit in a very old historic house. Our technician was very detailed and persistent. He successfully fixed our main issue while bringing some other issues to light that we would not have ever noticed until It was too late. Thanks MEFlow (Travis) for saving the day.

I needed to replace the valves in my tankless heater. I spoke with Joe, the plumbing manager, and based on a neighbor's recommendation, asked for Melvin to be assigned to the job. Melvin did excellent work--I can't think of a more descriptive work. He was prepared, he was diligent, cleaned up after his work, paid attention to detail, and was thoughtful in his explanations. Today I had my plumbing inspection done and my tech and I discussed a number of plumbing issues. My tech Raul was super nice and very thorough and knowledgeable. We discussed all my faucets, drains and toilet functions. I had lots of questions and he had every answer for me. Turns out, most of my fixtures and drains are functional because they are relatively new but he pointed out what to watch for as they age. I separately bought a hybrid heat pump water heater on sale because ME Flow’s comparable cost much more. It could have been picked it up the next day if M E Flow could do it and charge me, but they said they could not for liability reasons. That was unfortunate because it took six more days to get it delivered. Allen and Ryan installed and were very thorough and professional. Pointed out damage to shipping box, but contents were OK. Very nice finished installation.
