Kitchen sink was backed up and your employee arrived this morning and did a great job. However, this happened on Saturday and called for an emergency call but was told that the person that would come out at that time might not have the equipment (snake) that he needed. So I had to wait until Monday morning. I would assume that many calls you receive are for something like sinks, drains, etc. so you should make sure person on call has the proper equipment and and can take care of the problem instead of your customer having to... read more

I had a leak in our toilet. I thought it was the seal in the base. The plumber took his time and said the bolts in the tank were lose. He fixed the problem and saved me several hundreds of dollars in the process. He was a true professional
