We found a water leak in the basement. There was a puddle on the floor but no apparent dripping. The scheduler arranged a plumber for the same day. The scheduler and the plumber were both very polite, efficient, and informative. The plumber checked all water-using equipment in the house looking for drips but the source of the leak was not found.

M.E.Flow has provided us with excellent service over many years. We recently had issues with our tankless hot water heater, and after several efforts to revive it, we decided it needed to be replaced. The replacement went seamlessly and very efficient and we were back with hot water in about 2 hours. Chris P**** was easy to work with and extremely professional in dealing with us. Highly recommend them!

This is our first time using M.E. Flow and we are VERY impressed not only with the customer service but also Raul, the plumbing technician who came out to do both a plumbing inspection and figure out a repair. Raul was very knowledgeable, informative, honest, polite and professional. Very thankful for Raul and M.E. Flow! We will absolutely continue to give them our business!

ME Flow’s technicians are honest and straightforward, and they do good work. Last year they installed a tankless hot water heater and condensate pump. This morning we had our first annual plumbing inspection, and we found the technician’s recommendations and estimates for future work to be quite reasonable.

Extraordinarily satisfied with HVAC Service Technician Edis Arevalo who meticulously diagnosed and corrected a long-standing air flow issue that had been missed by previous technicians. He thoughtfully listened to me explain the performance issue, what had previously been done to address but not resolve it, and then took his time to identify and correct the root cause problem. Throughout the 3 1/2 hour visit, Edis was polite, professional, and thorough.
