I had one of their Specialists in plumbing at my house this past Monday- his name is Nii. He also helped install my Hot water heater 2 years ago and did a great job with no issues . After calling ME Flow, the Estimator, Pete L, contacted us and quickly gave us a quote the next day for a water heater, HVAC (outside) unit and furnace. He worked with us to explain the installation and accommodated us with changes we had regarding the warranty. Installation occurred in one day, however one minor item did not pass inspection and was easily fixed by Arturo, one of their trouble shooters. Customer service from M.E Flow and communications were good. Though, the best they could commit to was the technician arriving sometime that day. Edis did a great job, troubleshooting our broken air-conditioner, able to isolate and repair on the spot. Also, conducted a thorough inspection and provided helpful advice to take care of our HVAC system.

They came when they said they would (even called first to make sure that you were home and then sent a text with a picture of the technician who was coming); they performed the service that was scheduled; the technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and he was very courteous and professional; they charged the amount they said they would; and the technician made suggestions for future maintenance of my air conditioning/heating unit.
