Excellent customer service and communication. Our technician, for the last 2 service calls, Jason, is very good, he is professional yet friendly and takes time to provide detail on the job at hand and recommendations. Overall, I’m very pleased with ME Flow and have used them for years for all my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Great company. They make appointments , keep appointments and verify via text and alert technician’s arrival. The plumber was articulate, neat, professional and very quick. Such a smooth process! Wonderful to deal with them! Fair price, too!

These Folks ROCK! I called ME Flow after two other techs from the Cinch Home Warranty Company came to my house this week and were not able to fix my AC. Victor came out, diagnosed the problem in minutes and knocked it out of the park. He showed up, was professional, showed me the issues and took time to explain what he was seeing and I could not be happier with the service! I am a fan of ME Flow and highly recommend them!

We needed to replace a garbage disposal in our second very small kitchen. I agreed to pay their $93.00 service call and did. However in questioning the total cost to replace the garbage disposal with the one they had on their truck that cost was well over $600. To provide our own disposal was $342.00. I was told they were very competitive in pricing and did not offer senior discounts. My husband is 84. We use a flat rate pricing system like most plumbing contractors in our area. Flat rate pricing allows us to present a price to our customers before doing a job. We also use high quality garbage disposals. I’m sorry we were not able to help you.

ME Flow responded quickly with a senior technician who diagnosed the issue, coordinated with the home office to coordinate resources, and set up the appointment to do the proper repairs. He explained everything in terms we could understand which provided us confidence that the repair will be done right!!

Tech first asked if I had questions about what was to be completed; I liked that. I asked questions and answered. Service was completed and Tech explained things that I could do to maintain good care of the service addition. Tech was pleasant and professional. Of course, we will see if the service completed meets expectations for having the service provided.
