The guys that came to my house were young professionals that were knowledgeable and meticulous. I truly hope that the work they did will last for a lengthy time, but I am concerned that the age of the pipes that come from the street where the septic tank is located to the main drain in our laundry room is probably on “borrowed time.” I say this due to the fact that even though these pipes were replaced once since the house was built. Thomas, the HVAC technician that was assigned to my case was extremely knowledgeable and able to clearly communicate the issue that I was having with my HVAC system. With the inclement weather we recently have experienced here in the Northern Virginia area, it was important to have the heat restored in my home and Thomas was able to properly troubleshoot and fix the issue. I really appreciate his thoroughness and his ability to talk through the issue. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.
