Technicians were professional and polite. Arrived when scheduled and completed their work in a timely fashion. They were neat and left their work area as clean as they found it.

Dustin cleaned my blower unit, replaced my capacitor, and installed an E-Z Trap Switch based on an inspection he did. He was very helpful in describing what was wrong with my HVAC. I have longed for a water safety shutoff for the AC and Dustin thoroughly explained its operation and easy to do maintenance. Moreover, Dustin was super kind to return on a Saturday after parts came in. That was especially meaningful because I am a teacher and cannot get off work because substitutes are so hard to find. Company provided a good proposal to resolve my fathers house hvac system problems and at a reasonable competitive price. The staff worked around my father’s schedule for the installation and completed a high quality job on time. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and service.
I've had service contracts (HVAC & plumbing) with ME Flow for years. They're great. Most recently, Dustin serviced my HVAC and installed/set up a new thermostat, and now I can actually see the numbers! He explained how it worked and left me confident I can deal with the new electronics. Walter installed a new kitchen faucet and shower head, which are working great. Both checked all facilities and now I'm ready for the summer. Thanks, ME Flow!
