They have never disappointed me. I've used them with all the Assisted Living Communitys that I've worked as a Director. They are very considerate of the Seniors that are present and focused on resolving the issues at hand. Recently ,while out of town , they took care of an emergency situation . They impressed my on site support manager so much that he mentioned how appreciative he was for my finding M.E. Flow.
Just good service - please. Please keep it up. They serviced my very old system and installed the new...great system and much much more energy efficient. I also had them install the UV air scrubber during Covid. My air is cleaner now as my filters don't need changing as frequently as before.

Our unit was leaking. They came out next day and replaced unit same day. Courteous, informative, helpful. Would use again and definitely recommend!

I’m pleased with the service I get from M.E.Flow. They care about the customers they serve. They asked to change an appt with me because they had many customers needing heat. I agreed as my appt was a checkup on a fairly new system. A wonderful young man came today and questioned me about changing the filter on a humidifier. I didn’t even know there was a filter and told him that the humidifier didn’t do much anyway. I told him I bought a stand-alone humidifier.
