Chris did an excellent job. Not only listened to my concerns but implemented what I leaned towards even though it created extra work for him. He was competent and conscientious making sure the job was done right and the area cleaned up after. This is a SUPERB company. We discovered them (recommended by our condo president) two years ago, and bought two HVAC systems for our dual-zone home. Those units are the quietest and most efficient units we've ever owned, anywhere. We continue to use M.E. Flow for our Spring and Fall inspections. They send expert technicians, and keep appointments exactly, with texts indicating their location. We have tremendous confidence in them and will always use and recommend them to others!
