Service rep was outstanding. We had a question about the bill. Called and call taker would not connect us with a manager or billing. Promised a return call. It has been a week and still no call. Poor follow up caused a drop from 5 stars to two and still falling.

Eddis performed the annual inspection of the two heating systems in my house. He was very efficient, with a business-like but friendly manner. When he encountered an unexpected problem, he probed for the source, made me aware of the potential consequences, assured me that it would not shut down the system any time soon, and suggested two methods to mitigate it. Quick and efficient, Esteban and Nick quickly determined the issue and resolved the problem. The team was very courteous and personable with great communication skills.
Team did a professional job on install. Made sure everything worked and walked me through the system so I would know what I was looking at and how to work it properly
We had to pay $200 to have the burners cleaned which is something that you would think would get done as part of the Service Contract that we have ongoing
