Salem P**** was professional, knowledgeable and very good at her job. She took the time to explain the problem and answered every question I had. I was very pleased with her support and would trust her for future diagnostics and repairs on our HVAC systems.

Jamie did a thorough inspection of my plumbing and had several suggestions for repairs I hadn’t noticed. He also installed a new kitchen faucet that I provided. It is installed in a tight space but he did it quickly and it looks great

I was notified ahead of time what time to expect them and they were on time. The young man was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have always had excellent service with ME Flow since I had them install my system six years ago!
Accommodating, communicate well about their arrival time (although I wish the appointment could be within a smaller window than before noon or after noon), allow me to watch them as they do their work.
