We have been using M.E. Flow for many years. Specifically, we appreciate that we are able to request the same technician season after season, and he has done a great job maintaining it over the years.

Above and beyond Service. My handyman said he couldn’t fix my condo’s heat so I called M.E. Flow. They were here in 24 hours and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

I returned home from a long trip to find my kitchen sink backed up, and unusable. ME Flow sent Jamey Mellott out the very next day and he fixed it. What impressed me was how careful he was in my home - quiet, neat, and clean. I then asked him about some other plumbing problems I was having and he gave me excellent advice. He did not rush me into giving ME Flow the business, but I have followed his advice and have scheduled some long wished-for improvements to my kitchen and bath. Thank you Jamey!!
M E Flow installed a new propane furnace and two heat pumps in the spring. Installation was professionally done. They came back today for the six month checkup. Jeffrey C**** was the technician. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I could not have been more satisfied. Jeffrey is a good representative for M E Flow
We had our yearly plumbing inspection today and everything we inquired about was explained professionally and thoroughly. We count on ME Flow for our plumbing and HVAC needs.
ME Flow continues to live up to its reputation of being a 5* organization. Of particular note is Jamey Mellott, a great Technician. Jamey did a superb plumbing inspection and addressed three (3) issues my wife found earlier. Jamey’s work was truly outstanding and his ‘Eagle eye’ solved the issues my wife identified. I would not recommend ME Flow for your next HVAC service. They called 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm they were on there way but never showed up. After 1.5 hours I called their number and they said the serviceman showed up but determined the unit could not be serviced because my condo building's "boiler" was not on. This makes no sense because I have an individual HVAC unit in my unit that is independent of the boiler.
