Needed something as simple as a shower cartridge replaced as we were having difficulty in doing so. It was Sunday but M.E. Flow was quick to respond, showing up within an hour. The technician Travis was professional AND personable and had us taken care of in a short amount of time. THANKS TRAVIS.

The M.E. Flow representative was polite and respectful. He explained the procedures he would use to analyze and solve the plumbing problem. He answered my questions clearly. He completed the work efficiently.
The technician (Edis A******) did a great job keeping me informed of his work and allowed a few questions while he diagnosed the issue. Pinpointed the issue and ordered parts prior to cleaning up and calling the manager to confirm follow up. Super job!
Evan was great. Very thorough in explaining what he was doing, respected our home by wearing shoe coverings, was polite and efficient. This is our second year using M.E. Flow for our HVAC service and we won't go elsewhere.
