We appointed MD Builders to commence a substantial building project in September 2024, which has just completed. The work involved a large L shaped rear extension, which provides full kitchen/ diner area, utility room and games room, finished with a fully slabbed wrap around patio. Mark and his team were very professional and polite. They did a great job converting my basement into a useable bedroom and plastering my son’s bedroom, putting in spotlights and finishing it. The job was completed to a very high standard with amazing attention to detail. I will use them again for future projects.
They were able to quote and carry out the work on the roof without delay. The tenant was very happy with the care they took during the work and the fact they tidied up afterwards. They also checked the roof and took photographs, not only of the completed work but the surrounding roof too. They will definitely be our goto builders in the future.
M D Building completed an amazing building restoration project for us requiring multiple skills.
