From start to finish the process was really well handled. I was constantly kept up to date with what stage we were at. When I had interaction with the team they were both knowledgeable and very friendly. The whole experience was stress free and dealt with quickly.

However I managed all the forms using only my iPhone. I had one issue but a quickly answered phone call and some friendly advice and I was back on track. Just make sure and read the forms fully. I forgot to answer a question which could have delayed the application but a follow up e-mail reminded me what had still to be completed.
