So my review is more a warning of what to expect as, like so many here, when you are remortgaging (and doing a title transfer, which we did) you can’t choose your lender’s solicitor. Karen (sorry Karen, you’ve earned this) is just awful. Weeks between replies to simple emails, openly rude replies when called out on the poor communication, and she actually missed that one of our parties was in a different country which meant we had to repeat part of the process.
