I previously used them when purchasing a new build house in 2016. I wasn’t overly impressed with the service back then. Now that I am selling my house I needed some paperwork from them to make the sale. Whilst the response has been quick they have been remarkably unhelpful. The information they provided has been judged as insufficient by two other solicitors involved in the current sale. I now need to obtain this at my own expense. I would suggest to avoid.
