Bad experience with bond refund and email response. I've been trying to contact you by email for two weeks asking for information about the refund and no reply. The car was delivered in perfect condition with a deadline of 10 days to refund the bond and so far I don't know what to do.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Anmietung und Rückgabe absolut unkompliziert. Wir hatten sogar noch zusätzlich einen Toaster und Kaffeepressen bekommen Wohnmobil war neuwertig aus diesem Jahr. Sauber und fast alles dabei (Rückfahrkamera und ein Navi oder Radio mit Display wäre eine tolle Ergänzung). Und am letzten Tag hatte man uns sogar noch zur AIRlink Bushaltestelle gefahren, weil kein Uber Fahrer verfügbar war.
10/10 experience! Wir hatten einen super Van, sauber, neuwertig. Das Personal vor Ort ist unglaublich freundlich. Der Weg zur/von der Busstation ist wirklich machbar. Wir mieten sehr gerne wieder. :)
