RecommendedI grew up on MCL. It was my first job 21 years ago. My girls enjoy going as much as I did as a child!
Second time in a row I've been disappointed with my cobb salad, which is pretty much all I eat from there. You can't tell me that y'all think 4 small chunks of turkey should be considered sufficient. I'm pretty sure my husband paid about $7 for a cobb salad. Good thing he brought me a thick slice of pumpkin bread, otherwise I'd starve since I'm at work and can't go anywhere.
Catfish was delicious. Liver and Onions are Awesome!!!
Enjoy my meals here, I have been eating in this location for some 40 years now........I look forward to it .....over and over again ........Pie Day is Thursday......99 cent per slice for the pie of the week ........ I suggest you RUN and get there to enjoy this place
Their Friday fish fry all you can eat catfish is an excellent deal for excellent catfish! Service was actually very good!
Mac & cheese was dry and old, cinnamon roll was hard & cold...green beans were a little warm. The only thing hot was the chicken wing, just brought out. I love MCL, but will stick to the one near St. Vincent Hospital.
The pie was horrible couldn't cut through and the chicken was not the greatest ...
My parents use to go to the one in Plainfield but it is now closed. My father came by so we decided to go to MCL. He loved it as I have always enjoyed the food.
