The salesman was very nice. They seemed accommodating to their customers. We purchased a CERTIFIED Honda Odyssey on December 29th. Yesterday, January 5th my husband received a phone call stating that our van was in fact NOT certified because it has an open recall! According to Honda of America, a vehicle CANNOT be certified with an open recall, so it was never certified, but it was sold to us as certified.

I'm not sure exactly how we can help you anymore than we have because we have gone over and above to accommodate you and your husband. I have responded to all of the negative reviews you and your husband have left all over social media. I have offered to buy the vehicle back. We have offered to drive 1.5 hrs to bring you a rental, take your van to your closet Honda dealer to complete the recall. I'm not sure what else we can do to make you happy.
