I've purchased two vehicles from them in the two years and my car buying experience was great. I also take my vehicle for service and they are always very courteous. I usually schedule an appointment so my wait time is not that bad.
I have used the service department countless times over the years and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure work is done in the promised time frame. By far the BEST place to take your Honda!

I went in for 35 oil change, five minutes later here he comes brought filters out said need replacing. Did they really need to be replaced. The air filter looked brand new. Then I sit there and two people come in and leave while I'm still sitting there for an oil change. So I get up and walk out to the lot and there sits my car.... done. Didn't bother to come tell me. So I go to the desk and she sends guy to check. Long story short I'm finding another place to take my car.

We did go back and look at your ticket and saw that you checked in at 4:33 and checked out at 5:19 - so it look 46 minutes for an oil change, which is on point with timing. As far as the cabin filters, it is our service advisor's job to advise you when any filters need to be changed in order to help the performance of your vehicle.
