In the past, I have bought 3 Odyssey’s from them. Today it was time for a change. Demoed a new Pilot and it was nice. In the end they let me walk rather than make any effort to rewin my business. I’m very disappointed in the fact that they seemed to not care. They made an offer that wasn’t close to where we needed to be. I guess it’s a new world we live in.
For awhile they have been an excellent dealership to deal with. We have bought plenty of cars from them. But here lately though, basically since they moved into their new location, they seem not to care about the quality of used vehicles they sale on their lot. RecommendedI was there the first time yesterday getting my son’s 2011 Civic serviced . I was very impressed with your dealership from the first call to schedule service and all the way through. Jasper was my service advisor. He explained everything and was very friendly. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly unlike other dealerships.Only disappointment I had was no 2022 Civics on the lot which I get. I’m considering purchasing one later year

Horrible customer service. Issues with car within 5 DAYS! Bought a preowned vehicle and within 5 days battery dies. Within 9 days the thermostat went out. 29 days later I received notice via TEXT message that they couldn’t issue tag ( that would run out over the weekend) due to penalties on pior vehicle. I came here to test drive an Accord I had seen online. I received wonderful customer service from Luke Sizemore. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I decided to buy I got some great suggestions from Luke and clear explanations from finance every step of the way. For once I didn’t get home and wonder did I just get taken advantage of like I often did other times I’ve bought a car. I would definitely go back and recommend them to my friends.
