My husband and I tried to buy a new Pilot today - cash plus an older Honda trade-in. Could not get anyone to even talk to us. Even went inside, no one was around. If I said we got terrible customer service, that would imply we got some sort of service. We had NONE and not for a lack of trying! Very disappointed!

After working for a Honda dealer in Delaware for 31 years, I wasn't sure that I could find a Honda dealership that I was comfortable with in North Carolina. We recently picked up our 2019 Odyssey and the experience really couldn’t have been better. From walking in the door to driving it away everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From Sales to Parts to Service it’s 5 stars across the board!
Extremely helpful and truly nice staff. The customer lounge is comfortable. My husband had to call them back, though, as they had not included which engine mounts had been replaced.
