I traded my 2014 Pilot for a new 2016 Pilot. The color I wanted was found 350 miles away. It was transfered and I picked it up 2 days later. Salesman Eddie Jarvis and Sales Management Team handled everything as true professionals. I will be returning for future purchases.

This was our first experience with the service department and unfortunately, our last. We had an appointment for some warranty work and were given a 2-3 day timeline. We finally received our vehicle back on day 6. The lack of communication on Honda's end was very disappointing.

I was greeted with courtesy from the beginning of my transaction all the way to the end. I had an unscheduled oil change and I was there less than 45 minutes. I have purchased 5 cars from McKinney Salinas Honda, and I've never been disappointed.
