Great Buying Experience! Bought a Used Ford Ranger and its a Great Truck as described. They are well staffed and they do not pressure or gimmick you when you walk in. I highly recommend them. This is my 2nd great vehicle from these guys.

on 10/02/2014 I purchased a 2004 Honda civic I expect with a used car that at some point repairs will have to be made but i didn't expect to get it home and find problems the next day. when i let off the gas the car jerks and pulls, when starting from a stopped position it feels like its out of gear and struggles to get moving. I have spoken with Roger and with my service manager regarding your complaint and it is normal for a Civic Hybrid to have delays in starting (when gas is pressed) and the slight movement you are feeling is because the CVT transmission is shifting gears when accelerating or decelerating.
