I recently bought a used 2004 Honda Pilot from a private seller. I called to get a quote on an oil change. Talked to Sherry. Very nice and easy to talk to. Lowest price around and was informed I could go to the website for a coupon. I took it in for the oil change and while I was there I asked about a recall letter I had found in the glove compartment.
