Unfortunately we had to work fairly hard to purchase our car. On two occasions we had to call ahead to make sure the car was ready and delay our plans when it was not prepped at the agreed upon time. Actually sitting in service now "picking up" the car that was supposed to be ready at noon. It's one o'clock now. Edit: Our NEW projected wait time is one hour and 45 minutes. Customer service is everything.

Typically, the last week in December is our busiest week of the year - we sell more cars that week than any other week of the year and we staff up for it.
