I have a 2008 Ridgeline, the dealership provided me with a rental truck while I waited for the defective drivers air bag to be installed (4 months) I was inconvenienced by not having a trailer hitch during that time and unable to use any of my "toys" or farm trailers. Went to truecar .com and got me a savings certificate Guaranteed Savings -$3,603 for new car. when i call the sales manager they told me its wrong. truecar made mistake. so bunch of lies in this dealership i will not shop here.

Had an excellent car-buying experience this past weekend at McKenney Salinas Honda. We had done considerable research online and found the car we wanted for my 16 year old daughter - a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation. Other than the wait time on filling out my paperwork, purchasing my new Civic was very easy and Glenn Shepard was very accommodating with all of my requests for information and pricing. They did not hesitate to match another dealer's offer on the same car. I also appreciated the complimentary dinner and New Car Owner's Clinic - which was helpful in understanding some of the maintenance requirements. Love my new Civic - thanks!!

My family and I have used this dealership religiously for all service needs to our cars, our last few visits have been nothing less than horrendous. The last time I brought my car in for service they did not reconnect an air hose and that caused my car to shut off while driving, but when I brought it back they kept saying it was nothing they could have done, eventually they realized they had made the mistake.
