Absolutely horrible service. Waited two hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for and they still had not started on my car. This is not the first time we have had issues with McKenney Salinas and we will never take either of our Hondas back.

I recently took my Honda Accord Sport in for her first oil change and also requested a car detail. When I picked my car up yesterday (04-15-2019) I was very unpleased with the lack of quality on the detail of inside and outside. Not only was there swirl marks (scratches) on my door and door trim but there where multiple scratches on my rims.
