Very very bad experience having our baby boy delivered by your incompetent staff, Please public if you have any choice at all please avoid this hospital at all cost!!!!!! If not it could cost you like it has us, even years down the road
RecommendedI've had 2 kids there both times nurses were amazing. when my daughter ended up in the nicu they helped me and treated my daughter like as if she was one their own not just a job. my boyfriend went here when he was very sick. he did pass away but every one tried everything to save him just his body couldn't handle it all. I lived 2 extra months that he wouldn't. have. this is by far my favourite hospital. and pretty much the only one I'll Ever go to.

I’m kind of torn between how my care in the ER went this last Thursday evening. I was transferred from my local InstaCare for imaging due to the concern of potential appendicitis. The front staff, the first lady who drew my blood, and the lady who placed my IV were very kind and amazing. Please educate your billing department in the ER- our family is on the hook for an additional 150 copay because my husband went home for 8 hours overnight between IV antibiotic treatments. If we would have stayed it would have been billed as one visit. Been working on it for the past 4 months, and still looks like we are out the money. You guys can do better than that.
Excuse my long post. I am a little frustrated with Mckay Dee E.R. and felt the need to share my experience with others to prevent them from suffering from the same type issues. You see I brought my family member into the E.R. on a few different occasions I didn't feel like we were given the best of treatment from the staff yes, I realize it was busy evening however it's not cheap, and no one should be treated as a number. I was transferred by ambulance from Logan with severe stomach ulcers that required 3 blood transfusions not 30 days prior ICU Logan. McKay Dr's & Nurses on staff were rude to be kind. I received such poor care I checked myself out of critical care unit. My wife drove me 50 miles followed by a 5 day stay at another provider. 5 ulcer stapled....30 days post op.
