My dad is currently staying here. He had heart surgery yesterday. The staff has been so kind and accommodating. We are all very impressed with his care. He also has really enjoyed his meals he's had while here. We are so thankful for everything.
I just want to thank all the wonderful health professionals that took care of my son Sam. We arrived as frantic parents and one sore son who broke his arm, and left with my son being well taken care of. I want to thank all health professionals that take good care of us everyday. And especially my mom who as a nurse took care of people everyday! Barbara Henstrom.
The nurses and techs were very compassionate and understanding and when I first met dr. Gochnour he seemed to be as well. I had a lot of tests and was given a diagnosis and some scripts then discharged. I went to the pharmacy to fill my scripts and was informed that one of them was for penicillin which i have an allergy to, and every medical record i have states this. The pharmacist called the dr and he told them he did not believe i was allergic to it. I was not given an alternate script and am getting the runaround from th... read more
Best care ever for my sweetheart- I’m very impressed with the ICU.
My wife and I had a fantastic experience in both Labor & Delivery and Post Partum Care for the birth of our little one. The nurses were great about letting us know exactly what was going to happen, what was considered normal, and maintained a very calm and professional demeanor throughout. The labor & birth of a first child can be mildly terrifying, but the staff was able to maximize our comfort level and make it one of the best days of our lives. I really like this hospital because when I was in the Emergency Room they took really good care of me and the Doctor Caldwell and the nurses there were really nice and helpful and did everything they were supposed to and they were really nice and my wait time was not very long ether so I got right to the room! If I ever need to go back to the hospital in Ogden it would be McKay-Dee Hospital cause they helped a lot and I am going to recommend this hospital to friends and family that are here in Utah.
